A welcome breath of fresh air from Labour. It also sounds as though Scottish Labour wants to merge social care and the NHS, a move that NaCSILS sees as dangerous. We are keen to debate these ideas.
Tens of thousands of disabled people across the country are having debt collection action taken against them every year by their local authorities over unpaid care charges, information secured by disabled campaigners has revealed. From Disability News Service
